Of the 13 department faculty, 11 have PhDs, one has JD, and the final faculty member is in the process of pursuing his doctorate.

These qualifications include outstanding professional and academic credentials, a vibrant relationship with Christ, a full commitment to our mission and theological position, and a mentoring approach to teaching. The Cabinet meets weekly throughout the year and is responsible to advise the Board of Trustees. They could do that at any institution.
