The company has a very strong frat vibe. As long as your focus is on helping others, you will fit in great with this team! Advancement is what they want you to do, not what you apply for.
When asked why, theyll tell you that they no longer do that. You will be cross trained in other departments with no compensation. No room for growth. You will be expected to work long hours for very low pay. This company is supposed to supply medical equipment to patients, because they generally care for them, not because they want to make a dollar. There have been several "party's" and the unprofessionalism is mind blowing.

If you're a hard worker I would stay away because they will take advantage of you. When you get hired with Prism, especially if you are working in Client Operations, you are made aware that you may not be able to leave at 5 or 6 pm. This company does not care about the employees as people they only care about getting money. You literally have to beg for proper training, yet you are penalized at review time because of insufficient knowledge and productivity. Pay is terrible especially when compared to other companies in the industry. Long hours and you are never home. Never feel appreciated at all. Several promised raises and even signed paperwork for a raise but never got them.
The ONLY reason I stayed so long is because you work Monday through Friday. Some of my coworkers were great but the management expected more out of the employees that tried their best and the ones that didnt care seemed to skate by without having to do as much but reaped the same benefits.
